Neolife is fulfillment infrastructure for telehealth brands: a clinic drafts a pharmacy order by talking to it, uploading a file, or connecting the data it already has — a licensed provider approves, and it ships. The hard part isn’t the tech; it’s making infrastructure that dense feel effortless, and doing it on a site that a regulated, security-conscious buyer trusts.
The challenge
Pharmacy fulfillment is a category buried in legacy portals and re-keyed forms. Neolife needed a launch site that made a genuinely complex product — AI-drafted orders with mandatory clinical oversight — land in seconds, speak to three different audiences (clinics, pharmacies, and AI agents), and signal the security posture a healthcare buyer demands, all before a single demo.
The approach
We built the whole story around one promise — “Send an order in under 60 seconds” — and let the rest of the page earn it. A dark, high-contrast, minimalist B2B design keeps the focus on the flow: Capture → Approve → Ship. Separate paths for clinics, pharmacies, and agents let each visitor self-select. And because this is health data, we practiced what the product preaches: a privacy-first consent banner that never loads analytics or marketing tags on pages involving health information.
The outcome
A launch site that makes a technical fulfillment platform feel inevitable — fast to grasp, credible on security, and clear on the “agent-native” future. It converts curiosity into waitlist signups and booked demos instead of confusion.
What we built
- A hero that reduces the entire value prop to one number — an order in under 60 seconds
- The three-input model (talk to it · upload a file · connect your data) with the Capture → Approve → Ship flow
- Audience paths for Clinics, Pharmacies, and Agents, plus Integrations, Security, and Pricing
- The Durable Formulary section covering TRT, HRT, hair, sexual health, skincare, LDN, and peptides
- An agent-native section documenting the MCP tool for programmatic ordering
- A health-privacy-aware consent banner and a waitlist + “book a demo” conversion flow
